The Accident
Before KurGuni, there was Daisy and her humanly desire to express oneself through something new (pottery). With 15 year experience in candle indsutry as a designer, she mixed her new passion with candles - purely for her own use at home. Yet 6 months later, people ended up lining up for every ceramic piece she made that year. With a complete sell out of more than 200 home decors, she was left with a question - what just happened?

Inspired and supported by family, the idea of creating a ceramic workshop and concept studio was born in a scenic village at the foothills of Northern European forests. Today, these walls give work to sixteen skilled hands, crafting our 4 distinct collections across 4 signature shapes – transforming mud into timeless ceramic design pieces.
