The Accident
Before KurGuni, there was Daisy and her innate desire to express herself through something new. With 15 years of experience in the candle industry, she naturally combined her new passion for pottery with candles —purely for her own use at home. Yet just six months later people were lining up for every single ceramic piece she created. After completely selling out more than 200 handcrafted pieces, she was left asking herself: what just happened?

Inspired and supported by family, the idea of a ceramic workshop and concept studio came to life in a scenic village at the foothills of Northern European forests. Today, this studio is home to 12 skilled hands crafting our four distinct collections across four signature shapes—transforming mud into timeless ceramic design.
